Veribas AI Sales Increase Guarantee Policy

1. Introduction
Veribas AI is committed to providing effective marketing and lead generation services to our clients. We are confident in the capabilities of our services and offer a Sales Increase Guarantee to our clients who meet certain criteria. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of the Sales Increase Guarantee provided by Veribas AI.
2. Sales Increase Guarantee Criteria
To be eligible for the Sales Increase Guarantee, the following criteria must be met:
2.1 Advertising Spend
The client must maintain a total monthly advertising spend of $1,000 or more with Veribas AI's marketing services.
2.2 Response Time
The client's agents, who receive leads generated by Veribas AI, must respond to these leads within 5 minutes or less from the time of lead delivery.
2.3 Agent Commitment
The client's agents must remain committed to using Veribas AI's services for a minimum of 12 months from the effective date of their service agreement.
2.4 Activity Logging
The client must diligently log all lead-related activity in the Veribas AI Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
3. Sales Increase Guarantee
If the client meets all the criteria outlined in Section 2, Veribas AI guarantees a minimum $1,000,000 increase in sales over a 12-month period. In the event that the client's total sales increase, as a direct result of using Veribas AI's services, does not reach the guaranteed amount of $1,000,000, Veribas AI will refund client appropriately based on Veribas discretion.
4. Compensation Calculation
The compensation amount will be calculated as follows:
4.1 Sales Increase Calculation
The sales increase will be determined by comparing the client's total sales for the 12-month period following the effective date of their service agreement with the total sales for the 12 months preceding the agreement.
4.2 Compensation Amount
If the actual sales increase is less than $1,000,000, Veribas AI will refund client with all management fees associated with their account.
5. Claim Process
To initiate a Sales Increase Guarantee claim, the client must follow these steps:
5.1 Notification
The client must notify Veribas AI of their intent to file a claim within 30 days of the end of the 12-month period, during which the guarantee was in effect.
5.2 Documentation
The client will be required to provide documentation that demonstrates compliance with the criteria outlined in Section 2 and a record of their sales figures.
5.3 Evaluation
Veribas AI will evaluate the claim and determine the client's eligibility for compensation based on the provided documentation.
6. Limitations
The Sales Increase Guarantee is subject to the following limitations:
6.1 Exclusions
Veribas AI's guarantee does not apply to clients who do not meet the criteria outlined in Section 2, including those with advertising spends of less than $1,000 per month or agents failing to maintain a response time of under 5 minutes.
6.2 Other Terms
This guarantee does not cover external factors beyond Veribas AI's control, including changes in market conditions, economic fluctuations, or changes in the client's business operations.
7. Agreement Amendment
This Sales Increase Guarantee Policy is subject to change, and Veribas AI reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Clients will be informed of any changes to this policy in writing.
By engaging with Veribas AI's services and benefiting from the Sales Increase Guarantee, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
