Veribas CEO Ahsan Charania Launches Veribas Capital, LLC and Veribas Credit Fund I, LP to Fuel Atlanta Real Estate Growth
Alpharetta, GA — February 10, 2026 — Ahsan Charania, CEO of Veribas and Managing Broker of Veribas Real Estate, today announced the launch of Veribas Capital, LLC and Veribas Credit Fund I, LP, a Delaware limited partnership formed to accelerate investment in Atlanta’s rapidly expanding real estate market.
The newly formed credit platform is designed to provide flexible, private capital to fix-and-flip investors, new construction builders, and commercial real estate operators, addressing the growing demand for alternative financing solutions in one of the nation’s fastest-growing metropolitan regions.
Veribas Credit Fund I, LP is seeking to raise $100 million in institutional capital, positioning the fund to deploy strategic debt financing into high-performing real estate projects throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding markets.
“Atlanta continues to experience explosive growth across residential and commercial sectors,” said Ahsan Charania, CEO of Veribas. “Traditional financing channels are not moving fast enough to support experienced investors and developers. Veribas Capital was created to close that gap — providing speed, certainty, and strategic partnership to operators who are actively shaping the city’s future.”
The fund will focus on short-duration, asset-backed lending opportunities with disciplined underwriting standards, targeting projects with strong collateral protection and experienced sponsors. Veribas Capital intends to leverage Veribas’ existing real estate ecosystem and market intelligence to identify high-quality lending opportunities.
Charania noted that Atlanta’s population growth, housing demand, and commercial expansion create a unique window for private credit deployment.
“Institutional investors are increasingly seeking exposure to real estate credit strategies that offer downside protection with attractive yield,” Charania added. “This fund is built to deliver institutional-grade underwriting while staying nimble in a competitive lending environment.”
Veribas Capital operates as an affiliate of Veribas, a rapidly growing real estate platform serving investors, agents, and developers across Georgia. The launch marks the company’s expansion into private credit and structured real estate finance.
Additional details regarding the fund structure and investor participation will be shared with qualified institutional partners in accordance with applicable securities regulations.
